Distance Selling - What do I need to know?

To make sure you're completely satisfied with your new vehicle, we offer a 14 day, 100 mile cooling off period for you to return, or exchange the car. If you exceed the 100 mile quota you'll be charged a fair usage fee of £1.00+VAT per mile (after the first 100 miles travelled since you have taken ownership).

You will also be liable for any charges incurred in getting the vehicle back to us - and the vehicle must be returned to us in a clean condition during working hours within 48 hours of your return request.

We'll inspect the vehicle to ensure it's in the same condition as when it left - any damage will be deducted from your final refund. You lose the right to cancel if the vehicle is altered or modified in any way.

Throughout ownership, you are liable for any insurance claims and road traffic offences which are notified to us as the registered keeper of the vehicle together with any penalties applied by law for the commission of any such offences.

No refund will be made until we have inspected and signed for the vehicle. Once we've signed for the vehicle your refund will be processed and made within 14 days.
