It was most definately a good decision buying our Land Rover from MP Motor Company! The Land Rover is actually a downsize from our previous car and it is so much easier to manoeuvre! We would happily use MP Motor Company because the customer service was excellent. When we did have a problem with the Land Rover they couldn't do enough for us! We have had problems in the past at other dealership and we felt as if we were just brushed off whereas here the aftersales is amazing which is exactly what you want! We have recommended others to come to MP Motor Company because we were so impressed

Apart from a little crack in the door seal, everything has been absolutely perfect with the car. It was spotless when I went to view it and the team were so kind to me. I have been to other car dealerships before where the salesmen have put me off for being too pushy or not very welcoming, however, MP were exemplary. Each and every member was a pleasure to deal with, there was no pushy sales or hounding and I was able to view and test drive the car in my own time! I would highly recommend MP Motor Company in Preston, and would be happy to return again!

I am absolutely delighted with the Jaguar, I have no complaints at all. It hasn't let me down once, drives exactly how I expected it would be, it really ticks all of the boxes for me, I am so pleased with it! When I got the car home, I noticed a little dint that wasn't' there when I first viewed the car, so I mentioned that to the guys and they got that sorted no problems at all. They got that all repaired to perfection for me, and didn't even try and charge me, it was all part of the service which I was so impressed with! As for the actual service during the sale, I thought it was fantastic, my sales guy was really friendly, I felt as if I could ask him anything. They really deserve the top marks, I am happy all the way round it was completely stress free!

Tony was a pleasure to do business with, communication was excellent, vehicle was as described upon collection, I've purchased 13 cars in the last 7 years and this was one of the easiest transactions I've made and I've dealt with Lloyds,Stratstone & Arnold Clarke to name a few. To add more emphasis this car is a £2500 15 year old motor (bought as temporary due to delay on new vehicle delivery and the winter can be cruel to bikers). I did try to negotiate a a discount of £300 but was told would have to drive away as it was or pay the screen price and would get fresh 12months MOT & prep, I opted to pay screen price due to the age and they even re-sprayed the rear bumper which I didn't ask for or expect. Would highly recommend.

Bought my jeep in October last year. Had a few issues and had to return it to the garage. After returning it for the 2nd time I was given a courtesy car until jeep fixed. Unfortunately next day same troubles,warning lights etc. Back to the garage and courtesy car again. This time jeep was sent to a jeep dealer and problem solved. Just like to say thanks for eventually getting it sorted. Special mention to Nigel. Will definitely recommend this garage.

I never write a review straight away for anything I buy because I feel you need to use it for a bit first. No point writing a review for a car I've only just bought only to have the wheels fall off and the engine drop out on the M62 after a few months!

I bought my Vauxhall Zafira from here around June last year. It was a second hand diesel and had a few minor issues which Lee, the guy who dealt with me put right with no messing about at all.

Well I've had the car for nearly a year now and I can honestly say it's a fantastic runner. I've only had 2 issues with it. The electric window on the drivers side needed the switch replacing and it broke down because the starter motor needed replacing. Both issues that can happen with any car you buy second hand and at any time. Other than that, it's taken me everywhere and I've got absolutely no complaints. - That's the review of what I bought....

Customer service.... Nothing was too much trouble. They are all extremely friendly and very helpful! When I took my car for the minor issues to be fixed, they even washed my car! Who does that??

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future and have already recommended several of my friends and family to go look for cars there. If you're looking for a second hand car, seriously....go take a look at what they have. Reasonable prices, reasonable mileage and they will look after you.

we have bought 2 cars from mp motors and would recommend them to anyone. the salesman always get a good deal for themselves but all companies are like that. hopefully our new car will last us a few years but when we do change we will come back to see lee at mp motors. so if you are looking for a new car give them a call first.

I went to MP Motors to look at a car I found on the website. I was looked after by Lee and Mike the owner who were both great. I bought the car and have just collected it. When I picked it up I noticed a chip on the windscreen. Lee sorted it out and got the chip guy to try a repair. I was still visible after so the owner Mike agreed that they would replace the windscreen for me. Fantastic service. I got home and found there was no SD Card in the Sat Nav. I rang Lee who again was great and said he would get me one sent out. I cant praise this group highly enough, very professional,friendly and customer orientated. If it wasn't for a 40 mile round trip I would never go to any other garage for future car purchases.

Went to MP motor company looking to purchase a car for our son. Was dealt with by Greg who was very professional and friendly from start to finish. Gave us the key and directed us to where the car was to look it over. Let us have a test drive unattended which was a refreshing change in this day and age. On our return we highlighted a few minor points which he assured us would be corrected. Also advised and gave us details on additional warranty available but not at all pushy, which we decided to take out a few days later. When we picked the car up it was transformed, all minor defects done, polished, fully valeted and serviced. Our son is highly delighted with the Ford Focus and would not hesitate in recommending MP Motors and would definitely consider buying from then again.

Went to MP Motors at the end of June with my wife after I'd seen such good google reviews and noticed the extensive stock of quality cars.
On arrival we were met by Greg who told us to look around by ourselves and if we saw anything we liked to go and get him. No hard sell, no pushy salesman which is exactly what I wanted.
Saw a few cars that we liked and was offered a test drive of all of them.
Allowed to test drive by ourselves without anyone looking over our shoulders and make awkward conversation. Able to critique the cars whilst test driving.
Told Greg my budget and that I was looking for 2 cars, he managed to find another quality car within my budget. We were so happy we ended up buying 2 cars.
Had them nearly 2 weeks now and so far so good. Plus I'm sure if we'd had a problem Greg and the team there would be ready to help.

Brilliant , words can't describe how professional, honest, and very friendly these guys are. I've just purchased a Ford Focus and I love the car I highly recommend this car dealership company . I dealt with a top fellow Gregg he did everything for me very honest and genuine person , buffed the car for me , refurbished an alloy for me and replaced middle of back seat which had a little pluck in it . Then buffed the roof for me and cleaned it again for me. I would like to say a big thank you to MP motor company for the flawless service they provided me whilst buying my first car, so many cars to choose from but my budget was £4000 and I didn't expect to get a fiat punto 13 plate with only 20,000 miles with all the added extras (ie:alloys, sports pact ect.) car is absolutely faultless and drives like new, one of the cleanest examples I have ever seen. I recomment anyone to take a look around for their next car if you're looking for a late plate low mileage bargain, GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have recently wanted to buy a car for about the £8,000 to £9,000 range, i went to another local car dealer but the service was absolutely terrible, they were very pushy and very rude etc. so i looked on the internet and found that "mp motor company" was just down the road, there was a huge range of cars, there was lots of polite staff who weren't pushy, they were very helpful etc. the car that i chose was very reasonably priced in comparison to similar vehicles for sale elsewhere . I was given a fair price for my car in part exchange , Overall, "mp motor company" is a big car site with friendly staff who know what they are talking about, and the cars are well priced and, they are very clean..... Very satisfied customer.

We went with a pre arranged finance in place so all Lee had to do was basically hand the keys over, but he sat us down and managed to find us a lot cheaper deal saving us £3000 love the ds4 definitely going back there for our next car :)

I've just completed a 700 mile round trip to purchase a car from MP Motor Co. I first saw the car on their webiste and rang to talk about it. I dealt with Lee Potterton and was immediately impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and we basically completed the deal over the phone, to my complete satisfaction and subject to me actually viewing and testing the car. Because of holidays, both mine and Lee's, I paid a small retaining deposit and was guaranteed that the car would be held for me, as it was for some 2-3 weeks. When I finally got to the garage, I was really impressed. A huge choice of very well presented, well priced cars and, again, nothing was too much trouble for Lee or any of the others at the garage. The car was exactly as described and in fantastic condition. None of the "missing" bits of paperwork as with other dealers, no pressure, no problems. Just excellent customer service, as you would hope for but don't very often experience. Drove away a very happy bunny, and would readily recommend both MP Motor Co and Lee Potterton to anybody looking to buy a good car. Excellent to deal with. Many thanks.

I couldn't make my mind up on what car to buy next, but saw the Mercedes E250 on the website, sales staff were very helpful on the phone and I left a deposit subject to satisfaction, the car had just got in the day I got there, it was just what I wanted but had a few alloy curbs, the manager Melissa assured me that this would be rectified, got a great part-ex price on my BMW X1 too, and when I came to pick it up, everything I had pointed out had been fixed, couldn't be happier with the car or service, five stars!

We bought a used car from these guys recently and were really impressed with their sales service. Our family loved the new car but after having it for only a couple of weeks some faults began to appear, quite serious ones. Obviously gutted we took it back to them and spoke to them about what we could do, the guys, particularly Mike, the owner, were great! They arranged for our car to go to a garage and be repaired, paying the costs, they even gave us a courtesy car whilst this was being done so that I wasn't left stranded with my two little children getting them to nursery, school etc... Bought my first car from here for my 20th birthday an amazing Seat Ibiza, and after looking for some time at cars i felt either very pushed to make a sale at other dealerships or very ripped off on the cars they were showing, but the staff here were great they were polite, knew what they were talking about and actually seemed more like they are there to help rather than push people into sales, and all the cars on site looked like they were good runner rather than the scrap i have seen on other used car lots, it made my first car buying experience helpful and easy, definitely coming back for when i upgrade :)

To be honest it drove great but had had a fair bit of poor treatment beforehand,could not believe the transformation when we went to collect it!!

Bought A Toyota Corolla Verso off MP Motors about 2 months ago.Can i just say what a great experience.Seen the car on the website and decided to pay them a visit as the car was greatly priced and looked fantastic on the pictures on the website which i must say is impressive and very user friendly.Went down on the Sunday and was allowed to look around at my leisure with no salesperson jumping on me as soon as i walked on the site which i have experienced at many dealers i have visited.All the staff were superb and were available to answer any questions i had.The car i had gone down to see was in good condition but i was concerned about the front two tyres as i thought they were on the low side.I was assured by the salesman that these would be rectified which put my mind at ease,Amazingly you are allowed to take the car out for a test drive on your own which in all my years of buying a car is first.Me and the Wife took the car out for around 30 mins and loved it.Was given a good price on my PX duly bought the car.On collection the car was superbly valeted and the tyres had been changed as promised.I could not recommend this dealer enough if it had a higher star rating i would be giving it.Superb selection,prices and staff.Will def be going back in a few years time and would recommend to anybody.My daughter is currently buying one thats how highly i recommend it !!!!!!!!

He prevented me from buying a totally unsuitable car for my needs which had tempted me and guided me around all the models until I had ticked all the boxes. Very Honest and trustworthy dealership that takes pride in its commitment to service, i have had 2 cars off Mike and his team over the years, and the rest of my family buy there cars there as well.

It is one of the larger car dealerships, but they have a lot of ex-mobility cars in which in my mind are a very good buy, because they are generally looked after by their first owners and serviced regularly, and they make good second hand buys with usually low mileage. More cars and choice than anywhere I have seen before anywhere. Sales staff were very friendly and left you to yourself, but answered questions when called on.

Absolutely loads of used cars, more vehicles than you can shake a stick at, but the sales guys talk you through what car is best for you. I was thinking about getting a people carrier type car but after looking at the pro's and con's agreed on a totally different car.

MP Motor Company in Preston must have more used cars than any other dealer, the choice is endless.
The sales people, in fact all the people there are great, none of them look at you as if you have two heads like at some establishments i have managed to go to in my quest for a good used car.
I was spoken to like a human being with no technical mumbo jumbo.
Prices are what you expect, though I as given more than i thought for my part exchange car, bonus.
All in all i would definaitely use them again, and will.

All people I have dealt with at MP Motor Company have been efficient and helpful. I recently purchased a Kia from them and although it had some dents etc on the car, these were professionally repaired before I collected the car.

I was given a reasonable part exchange price for my vehicle and felt very happy with the service that was given me throughout the transactiona dn beyond.

I did have cause to query one description on the advert vs the actual specification on the car however I did not query this at the time of the purchase. Although I am disapponted that this one specification was lacking in the car, I am very happy overall with the car itself. That the description did not accurately match the car is however one reason why I am giving one star less than perfect.

The staff were not at all pushy, they left us alone to look at the vehicle in peace. They made the paperwork process simple, the finance deal was good and they even provided my children with a drink!

There was some confusion over a deposit owed to me however this was resolved. The one star removal is therefore also down to the fact that I did have to make a few phone calls and eventually send an email to get my deposit back. Perhaps after sales could be a little bit more improved.

I recommend them if you are looking for good service when actually buying the car. I cannot guarantee all cars in their lot, I only bought one car off them "“ but that car has been good value as far as I am concerned.

I purchased a Renualt Scenic Automatic from MP Motors on the 11 November 2010.I have now have had the car for around four weeks and I am very satisfied with my purchase.Myself and my wife were very happy with the staff who very courteous during the time at the dealership and could have not been more helpful during the viewing,test driving and the final purchase of the car.

I also wish to say that the price we agreed I think was very fair and I have no hesitation in recommending MP Motors to any of my friends and acquaintances as the first place to visit when they are considering changing their cars. Mr Berwick Blackrod Bolton
